Explore ways to safely and independently prepare nutritious single serve meals!
Our Survival Cooking courses give you the tools and freedom to be independent in the kitchen! With the support of a Life Skills Educator, visual cookbook and colour coded measuring tools, cooking essential meals has never been easier! In Survival Cooking you will learn to cook your dinner with the group, enjoy the meal together with friends and gain kitchen confidence to cook for yourself!
