Boxes of Hearts: Social Enterprise

Boxes of Hearts is a social enterprise program that gives adults with developmental exceptionalities the opportunity to gain job training and job experience through community based opportunities at Community of Hearts. Along with job experience and training, participants of this program receive a certificate of completion, an honourarium for their time and can count on references for future employment endeavours.

Volunteer with Boxes of Hearts

Sharing your time, kindness and skills with the people we support, you will be sharing in the teaching and learning of the following;
-Practical job skills (calling in sick, signing in and out, etc)
-Health and Safety standards
-Following routines and regulations for the workplace

Join us in one of the following volunteer positions:
-Lead Volunteer (Tuesday, Thursday, 3-5:30pm, other days as needed)
-Program Volunteer (Tuesday or Thursday 3-5:30pm)
